Andre Ayew
After watching WestHam for many years and experiencing some diabolical players in the claret and blue I can honestly say none frustrates me to watch than Ayew.

He undubtedly has a bit of pace and in the box isnt bereft of a finish of sorts but he has no footballing brain whatsoever and runs around like a chicken without a head, mistimes runs, gives possession away and is generally frustrating to watch with his praying to the heavens before matches and then being pretty poor for 90 minutes. For what was a record signing I find it difficult watching a West Ham side with him in it it is that difficult to endure every week. I just hope he doesnt play against Huddersfield as I have seen more than enough of him. Had to get that off my chest....

Re: Andre Ayew
Jesus Christ. I wouldn't put Ayew in the bottom hundred worst players I've seen play for us.

Some of the exaggerated crap I read on here is almost unbelievable.

The players are not playing in their favoured positions because Bilic has some kind of total football philosophy that he has utterly failed to implement.

It's in some kind of way quite admirable that he has tried to impart a gameplan involving players switching wings, defenders becoming wingers and wingers defenders but it has completely failed.

Plus, his personality is so strong that the players don't feel they can say 'sorry boss- I haven't got a fucking clue what you're asking me to do'.

Players need to play in their correct positions, we need to strip the plan down and play simple football.

Then we can start commenting on 'diabolical players'.

Re: Andre Ayew
Ability wise nowhere near the worst, but for cowardice, hiding and making it look like he's working hard when really he's shirking hard, he's one of the worst, when you consider the cunt cost TWENTY MILLION POUND.

I hate the coward cunt.

Re: Andre Ayew
I posted on here several times last season that we should not write off Ayew until he's had a proper run of games to prove himself.

Well he's had that now and I just don't see him creating any kind of problems for our opponents.

At a price tag of £20m you expect him to have at least flashes of brilliance, something special that sets him apart from £5m squad players.

But he has nothing in his locker. He runs around and puts a shift in but he creates nothing of any value for us. He doesn't impact games at all. You hardly even notice he's on the pitch.

Our first XI (with everybody fit) doesn't have a spot for him. He is surplus to requirements and we should get rid asap.

Just like Enner Valencia, Andre has become a victim of being continuously played out of position.

You don't put a potato on your foot and say its not a very good shoe.

What is his position?

Re: Andre Ayew
Against all logic, I still think that there is a player in there somewhere - not sure one for us mind, he looks utterly confidence shot and without direction, albeit not alone

Sold and programmed correctly I think we may see the best of him as he returns to rip us a new one, again....

I remember Swansea fans being a bit indifferent when we signed him. They seemed to be pretty fucking amazed that they'd got 20 million too.

He was a panic buy I'm afraid, something Slav has become all to good at.

Re: Andre Ayew
From what I see his proper position is on the bench if we do not have seven other players to sit on it. A waste of space.

Ayew is crap.

Fonte, Noble, Fernandes and Ogbonna are all crap as well.

Big clear out needed.

Re: Andre Ayew
Ayew has played pretty much in his preferred position for ages now. I think he's shit. But to be fair our manager has a knack of bringing out the "shit" in most of his signings.

I don't know how Bilic manages to do it. It's some unique talent there. To take good players and have them play shit for you and then watch them leave and perform ok again! And still have no one put two and two together and work out that it's actually you that makes them shit. Clever stuff!

Matty's Greyhound must be one of our tourist fans.

Boa Morte, Pantsil, Spector, Labant, Small, Bunbury, Breen, Newell, McCarthy.......I could go on all night all those and more are light years ahead on Ayew on the diabolical scale

Re: Andre Ayew
Ayew is a number ten, a position we don't really need if Lanzini is playing centrally. He's just another decent player who isn't playing well at the moment and would probably be sitting on the bench if he hadn't cost so much money.

Never should have bought him...

Never worth 20millionquid...

Poor judgement by Bilic and Co...

Re: Andre Ayew
Darby, what makes you think he's a number 10? He's hardly ever played that role. Out of his 300 odd games he's played over 75% of them on the left and most of the ones he hasn't have been since he came to England.
